Gosling's 151 Proof (70cl, 75.5%)

A rum from Bermuda with an alcohol strength of 75.5%. It is suited to cocktails with strong character or to being drunk neat by those who enjoy intense experiences. Despite its strength, it shows balance and aromatic complexity. The nose has molasses, vanilla and spice, while the palate brings caramel, dark fruit and a light exotic spice note. The finish is long and pleasantly warm. It is also used for flambéing or in recipes requiring a high-strength rum.
