Grace O'Malley is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, with a 46% malt content.
The nose is led by satsuma peel and mandarin segments, with butter biscuits, dry oak, bookbindings and hints of baking spices. The palate brings warm orange, sweet vanilla, creamy pudding, sherbet and a mellow pepperiness, before grapefruit bitterness takes over from the swelling citrus.
The finish is sharp and bitter.
