Gramolere Barolo DOCG Magnum Fratelli Alessandria (1.5L)

A Barolo of character that shows the elegance of Nebbiolo: deep but never heavy, with balance between freshness and tannic structure. The nose brings ripe red fruit, rose petals and light earthy notes; the palate is lively, supported by well-defined tannins and a subtle salinity, with a pleasant persistence. The magnum format favours a more complete harmony and steadier ageing. Serve around 16-18 C after light decanting, with braised meats, red meat roasts, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
