A red spirit from the Poli distillery in Veneto, based on grappa distilled from mixed pomace and infused with Marasca cherry. Distilled in old copper stills using a bain-marie method, it has a vivid natural ruby colour from the cherries. The nose shows intense sweet cherry notes, marzipan and hints of vanilla from small oak cask maturation. The palate is soft and rich, with a balance of sweetness and light acidity.
