An ultra-premium tequila from Patrón, distilled from Weber blue agave in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is first aged in American oak casks and then finished in Bordeaux barrels.
The result is a deep amber tequila with notes of vanilla, ripe red fruits, toasted wood and a subtle hint of chocolate. On the palate it is velvety, with cherry and plum tones alongside spicy agave warmth.
The finish is long and persistent, with oak and vanilla returning alongside a touch of caramel. It is best enjoyed neat or with a single ice cube.
