Grand Old Parr 12 Years is a blended whisky matured for 12 years, in a one-litre bottle. Its colour is a deep amber.
The nose combines toasted malt, dried fruit, honey and a slight hint of peat. On the palate there is chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by a delicate trace of vanilla and cereal, on a soft texture.
The finish is long and warm.
