This is Grant's 25 Year Old, a blended Scotch whisky made from grain and single malt whiskies and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes in a glass decanter, inside a presentation box.
The nose is rich oak, heather honey, dried fig, dark brown sugar and polished leather. The palate is silky, with sweet vanilla, candied orange peel, pipe tobacco, toasted almonds and soft peat smoke, balanced by wood tannins. The finish is very long, smooth and warm, with dark chocolate, dried fruit and a hint of oak spice.
