Grant's Ale Cask Finish is a blended Scotch whisky matured in oak barrels and then finished in casks that previously held ale.
The ale cask finish adds notes of rich malt, oak and honeyed fruit, with a hint of hoppy ale and a gentle sweetness running through.
On the nose it shows vanilla, honey and malt. The palate brings oak, dried fruit and a little spice, and the finish is long, with a subtle sweetness that lingers.
