This is a VSOP Cognac from the independent bottler GrapeDiggaz, made in collaboration with the house of Vallein Tercinier. It is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged 4 to 10 years from several crus, with Bons Bois leading, alongside Fins Bois and Grande Champagne. The grape is Ugni Blanc, and the spirit rests in French oak.
It is bottled at 46.3% in small batches of 500 litres, without colouring, chill-filtration or added sugar.
The nose is fruity and recalls a young Highland malt. On the palate, fresh green apples, pears and grapes combine with malt and honey.
