Grappa Ab Selezione Cru Barolo (70cl)

A grappa made from selected Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo production, distilled in a traditional bain-marie still. After distillation it rests briefly in small stainless steel containers before bottling. It is clear, with a nose of fresh red fruit, a light touch of vanilla and sweet spices, and a palate that is elegantly soft with intense aromatic persistence. It is intended as a digestif after a meal.
