A Piedmontese grappa made exclusively from selected Nebbiolo pomace used for Barolo.
It is aged in small oak casks and has an intense amber colour, with aromas of dried fruit, sweet spices and vanilla.
The palate is robust yet balanced, with dark chocolate, toasted almond and a persistent finish with a light tobacco note.
