Grappa Affinata in Legno - Baruffa - Anthology Mavolo (1L)

A wood-aged grappa from Baruffa, bottled under the Anthology Mavolo brand. It has an antique gold colour and an intense but measured aroma of dried fruit, vanilla and delicate spices. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a firm but balanced body, light tannins and a slight savouriness. It is best enjoyed as an after-dinner meditation grappa, with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, in small glasses at room temperature or slightly chilled.
