Grappa ai Semi di Cumino Kümmel Roner (50cl)

A grappa from Roner, made from selected pomace and infused with cumin seeds. The infusion gives warm, lightly spiced notes with an elegant balsamic freshness. On the nose there are intense aromas of aromatic seeds, herbal notes and sweetish hints. The palate balances the softness of the alcoholic base with the characteristic cumin finish, with a long, pleasantly spiced persistence. It is suited to serving as a digestif after substantial meals, and pairs well with spiced desserts or aged cheeses.
