A grappa from Alto Adige, produced by Roner and infused with rue.
Made from selected pomace, it has a characteristic herbaceous and slightly bitter aroma, with fresh, minty and balsamic notes. On the palate it is persistent and soft, balancing wild herbs with the warmth of the distillate.
It works well as a digestif after a rich meal, and also with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
