Grappa Bagnoli Barricata is an Italian grappa made from selected grape pomace and matured in small oak barrels. It has a deep amber colour and a complex bouquet.
On the nose there are notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee, with a light spicy accent. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with a soft texture and a long, persistent finish marked by toasted oak and dried fruit nuances.
It is suited to being served at the end of a meal as a digestif, or used as a base for cocktails.
