A grappa distilled from Brachetto pomace selected in the Acqui Terme area of Piedmont. It is clear in colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits, especially strawberry and raspberry, and a hint of faded roses. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent fruity and slightly floral finish. Best served after a meal as a digestif, with dark chocolate or berry desserts.
