Grappa Banfi Brunello Torre is a grappa made from the pomace of Brunello di Montalcino, reflecting the Banfi family's tradition. It is clear and bright in colour.
Its aromatic bouquet combines delicate aromas of ripe fruit with vanilla and toasted wood, the result of maturation in small casks. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with softness and warmth leading to a long, persistent finish.
It is suited to the end of a meal, with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and can also be used in innovative cocktails.
