Grappa Barolo - Distilleria Trussoni (70cl)

A grappa from Distilleria Trussoni, distilled from Nebbiolo pomace collected after fermentation of grapes destined for Barolo. It has an intense and refined character, preserving elegant aromas and typical Piedmontese notes of Nebbiolo. Traditional distillation gives an harmonious structure, with dried fruit and light spice developing over time; the palate is soft and persistent, with balanced alcoholic warmth. It works well as a digestif with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
