Grappa Bianca - Nardini (70cl, 50%)

Grappa Bianca is a grappa from Nardini, distilled from selected grape pomace from northern Italian wine regions using traditional copper stills. Nardini was founded in 1779. At 50% vol it is clear and bright, with an intense, complex nose of fresh fruit and a light floral note; the palate is round and harmoniously balanced, soft and persistent, leaving a warm, clean echo. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, or used as a base for cocktails.
