A clear, crystal-clear grappa made by artisanal methods from selected pomace typical of the area where it is produced. The nose shows fresh, intense aromas with slightly fruity notes and an herbaceous touch.
On the palate it is soft and balanced, leaving a pleasantly warm and persistent sensation. With no wood ageing, it retains the original characteristics of the pomace. It is suited to serving as a digestif after a substantial meal, or with dry sweets.
