Grappa Bianca Roner (50cl)

Grappa Bianca Roner is made by careful distillation of selected pomace from Alto Adige. Produced by artisanal methods, it is clear and crystal-clear, an unwooded expression of the raw material that preserves its organoleptic integrity. The nose opens with delicate aromas of fresh fruit, light floral notes and a subtle aromatic thread recalling the mountain purity of the area. On the palate it is soft, balanced and enveloping, with good body and a clean persistence leaving a fresh and unexpectedly gentle sensation. It works well as a traditional digestif, with not-too-sweet desserts or in moments of meditation.
