A grappa from the Borgoscuro distillery, made from carefully selected pomace. It is aged in oak barriques for over three years and has an amber colour with golden reflections. The nose shows vanilla, cocoa, dried fruit and sweet spices from the wood ageing. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with mature fruit, toasted notes and a touch of spice, finishing long and persistent with an elegant almond aftertaste. It is served at room temperature or slightly warmed, as a digestif or in cocktails.
