A grappa distilled from the pomace of Erbaluce, a white grape native to Piedmont.
It is clear and intense, with fine, delicate aromas of flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate it is soft but firm, with a balance between alcohol and the fresh acidity typical of Erbaluce.
It is best served slightly chilled as a digestif after a meal, or enjoyed in quiet company.
