A grappa from Luigi Francoli, made from selected pomace and finished in casks that previously held bourbon. The ageing gives the spirit an amber colour and a warm, enveloping character, with notes of vanilla, caramel and sweet spices alongside the fruity and earthy notes typical of pomace. It is suited to drinking after a meal, particularly with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
