Grappa Cabernet invecchiata 12 mesi Roner (70cl)

A grappa from Roner, distilled from Cabernet Sauvignon pomace grown in the South Tyrolean pre-Alps. The cool climate and marked temperature swings give the grapes quality reflected in the aromatic purity of the grappa. One year of ageing in selected wooden barrels enriches the spirit with delicate spicy and sweet toasted notes, blending with the characteristic fruity flavour of Cabernet. The result is a soft, complex grappa with notes of dried plum, vanilla and a light cocoa note, suited to an after-dinner glass. It pairs well with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
