Grappa Caffo al Peperoncino (50cl)

A grappa infused with chilli pepper, distilled from selected pomace using traditional methods. The chilli is infused gradually so its spicy aromas join the delicate fruity and floral notes typical of grappa. It is clear and bright, with an intense nose of chilli pepper, white fruit and herbaceous touches. On the palate the attack is soft before the chilli brings a pleasant, persistent warmth, balancing sweetness and spice. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
