Grappa Chardonnay - Roner (70cl)

A Trentino grappa made from selected Chardonnay pomace, from the Dolomites area. It is distilled in bain-marie stills, a traditional method that enhances aromatic character without compromising softness. It is clear and crystalline, with a bouquet recalling golden apple, acacia flowers and light spicy notes. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a clean, suave finish. It is suited to being enjoyed neat or with fruit-based desserts.
