An Italian grappa from the Crude distillery, made from the Albana grape native to Emilia-Romagna.
After distillation it is aged in oak barrels, giving aromas of dried fruit, sweet spices, vanilla and toasted wood. The palate is harmonious and velvety, with a long, elegant finish.
It is suited to slow sipping after a meal, or alongside rich desserts and dark chocolate.
