A Barolo grappa from Marolo, made from Nebbiolo grape pomace.
It opens with ripe red fruit, light floral sensations and a subtle spicy trail, with a clear character and contained warmth. On the palate it is round and sustained, with soft tannins and a pleasant persistence, with fruity returns and a slightly herbaceous base.
It is served slightly cool and suits meditation after a meal, or with cocoa-based desserts and hard cheeses.
