Grappa di Frappato Occhipinti (50cl)

A grappa from Occhipinti, distilled from Frappato grape pomace. It reflects the character of the Vittoria area in south-eastern Sicily. Traditional methods are used to preserve the purity and integrity of its organoleptic characteristics. The nose shows freshly picked red fruit, light floral notes and a hint of spice. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a persistence that recalls the freshness of the grape and a pleasant warm envelopment. It pairs well with berry desserts, dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and also suits the end of a meal.
