Grappa di Lugana da Vinaccia from Cà dei Frati is distilled from the pomace of Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. It is crystal clear. On the nose it shows delicate and complex notes of fresh fruit and white flowers, with a light hint of almond. On the palate it is soft yet firm, with a balance between sweetness and a light astringency, and fruity notes mingle with vanilla and spice from a short passage in small wooden containers.
