Grappa di Moscato - Sibona (70cl)

A grappa from Sibona, distilled from Moscato pomace, with a recognisable but not overpowering aromatic profile. Floral notes and hints of white-fleshed fruit are suggested on the nose, with a character tied to the aromatic nature of the grape. The palate is balanced, favouring equilibrium between primary aromas and alcoholic structure, without overloaded effects. It suits meditation as a digestif in small grappa glasses or tulip glasses, slightly chilled or at room temperature, and can accompany desserts that are not too sweet or close a tasting after savoury dishes.
