A grappa distilled from selected Nebbiolo pomace.
It is matured for two years in small oak casks and shows a delicate amber colour. The nose has dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, rose and violet. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with balance between alcoholic vigour and sweetness from tannins softened by ageing.
It is presented in an elegant case.
