Grappa di Rouchè Barricata - Mazzetti (70cl)

A grappa from Mazzetti, made from Rouchè pomace and aged in wood. It is presented in a 70cl bottle with a box. The nose has fragrant aromas of flowers and ripe red fruit, with a delicate toasted note; wood brings vanilla and sweet spices, well measured and never intrusive. The palate is warm and enveloping, with good roundness and balance between alcohol and aromatic cleanliness, and a silky texture with a savoury, slightly toasted finish. Serve in small glasses, at room temperature or slightly chilled, as a digestif or with dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
