Grappa di Torcolato - Amorosa di Dicembre (50cl)

Poli Amorosa di Dicembre is a grappa of Torcolato, distilled from selected pomace of Vespaiola grapes used for Torcolato di Breganze. The distillery has been active since 1898. The grappa is clear and elegant in the glass. Distillation follows an old, delicate method that preserves the original fragrances. The nose shows candied fruit, honey, vanilla and toasted almond from a brief passage in wood barrels. On the palate it is soft but lively, with fruity notes, chocolate and sweet spices, and a long persistent finish. It is best served at about 18-20 degrees.
