Grappa Duca di Castelmonte Moscato Passito di Pantelleria is a grappa distilled from Moscato Passito pomace, in a 500ml bottle. The grapes are sun-dried to intensify sugar and aroma concentration. It is clear and bright, with a complex bouquet of exotic fruit, honey and light spice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a balance between sweetness and alcoholic intensity, and a warm, persistent finish. It is suited to being enjoyed after a meal as a digestif.
