A grappa from Roner, made in the alpine valleys of Alto Adige from selected grape pomace. It is light and refined, with aromas of light white fruit and a subtle floral bouquet, plus a soft, clean base. Ageing in small casks or steel helps preserve the freshness of the aromas. It is suited as a digestif with fruit-based desserts or delicate aged cheeses.
