Grappa Friulano - Torre Rosazza (50cl)

A Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Torre Rosazza. It has fine perlage and vivid brilliance, with a pale pink tinge indicating blanc de noir origin. The bouquet opens with bread crust and yeast, delicate small red fruits and a citrus note that keeps the profile fresh. The palate is lively, supported by good acidity and pleasant savouriness balancing the glyceric component; the mousse is creamy but not intrusive. The finish stays dry, with returns of crust and citrus. It suits aperitifs and more structured dishes, pairing with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate cured meats, poultry and fresh cheeses.
