A grappa from Giovi distilled from selected Nero d'Avola pomace. It has a crystal-clear appearance and a complex bouquet of red fruits, sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla from ageing. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent, harmonious finish. It can be enjoyed after a meal as a digestif or used as a base for cocktails.
