A grappa from Piedmont, distilled from Nebbiolo pomace from the Barbaresco area.
It is clear and crystalline, with aromas of ripe red fruit, delicate floral notes and a hint of vanilla from ageing in fine wood casks. On the palate it is soft and rounded, with fruity and floral flavours joined by spice and a light touch of cocoa.
Best enjoyed after a meal, with chocolate desserts or as a meditation spirit.
