Grappa Marolo Dedicata Al Padre Barrique (70cl)

A grappa from the Marolo distillery in the hills of Piedmont, matured in barrique. It is distilled from selected pomace of native Piedmont grapes and has an amber colour from ageing in small wooden casks. On the nose it shows vanilla, dried fruit and a light chocolate note. On the palate it is velvety and complex, with a balance between alcoholic strength and woody tannins, leading to a persistent, elegant finish.
