A refined grappa from Marolo, distilled from Moscato grapes known for their intensely aromatic and floral character. It is crystal clear, with aromas of rose, sage and vanilla. The taste is soft and elegant, with a pleasant persistent aftertaste. Distilled in small quantities using a discontinuous bain-marie method, it is intended to be enjoyed neat as a digestif after a meal, served slightly chilled at 9-13 C.
