Grappa Marzadro Bivitigno Aromatica (70cl, 40%)

Grappa Marzadro Bivitigno Aromatica is an Italian grappa from the Marzadro distillery in Trentino, bottled at 40% vol in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from selected fresh pomace in discontinuous bain-marie stills, a method used to preserve and enhance the aromatic nuances of the grapes. The result is an intense, enveloping aromatic profile with clear fruit and floral notes, a balanced and harmonious palate, palpable freshness and a pleasantly long aromatic persistence. It is suited to serving at room temperature or slightly chilled, as a digestif after a meal or as a refined base for cocktails.
