Grappa Marzadro Monovitigno Marzemino (50cl)

A single-variety grappa from Marzadro, made from Marzemino pomace and distilled in batch bain-marie stills. It is clear and transparent, with floral and fruity notes, especially berries, and light vinous hints. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, balancing fruit sweetness with lively alcohol, leading to a long, pleasantly aromatic finish. It is suited to the end of a meal as a digestif, or for contemplation with dark chocolate or a good cigar.
