Grappa Mazzetti Barolo Invecchiata (70cl)

A refined grappa from Mazzetti, made from Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo production and aged in oak casks. The ageing intensifies the aromatic profile and gives the grappa complexity and depth. It has an amber colour, with a bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, vanilla and chocolate. The palate is velvety and persistent, with tannin notes softened by the natural sweetness of the pomace residue. It can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled, as an elegant end to a meal or for quiet sipping.
