Grappa Monte Sabotino 20 anni Zanin (70cl)

A grappa from Zanin, aged for 20 years. It is made from a selection of pomace from Friuli and aged for two decades in oak barrels, developing a complex and harmonious character. The long ageing gives warm notes of vanilla, carob and sweet spices, with delicate hints of dried fruit and tobacco. On the palate it is soft, structured and enveloping, with balance between freshness and aromatic depth. It is suggested after a meal with dark chocolate, almond desserts and aged cheeses.
