Grappa Montevertine Acquavite Pergole Torte Riserva (50cl)

A delicate, elegant grappa produced in limited quantities by Montevertine. It is distilled from selected pomace from Le Pergole Torte, one of the estate's most prestigious wines, then rested in small oak barrels to integrate subtle wood notes with intense fruit and floral aromas. Lightly amber in colour, it opens with fresh fruit, a light spicy note, vanilla and toasted hints. On the palate it is soft and rounded, with a balanced harmony between alcohol and aroma and a persistent, pleasant finish. Best enjoyed after a meal, with dark chocolate or in quiet contemplation.
