A refined grappa from Roner, made from selected Pinot Nero pomace from Alto Adige. It is aged for up to twelve months in oak barrels.
The bouquet shows intense notes of sweet spices, vanilla and light toasted dried fruit. On the palate it is enveloping, with a savoury balance and a long, delicately aromatic persistence. It suits the end of a meal with dark chocolate dessert or aged cheeses.
