A grappa distilled from Pinot Noir pomace grown in Alto Adige, using copper stills. It has a complex bouquet with light red fruit, a subtle floral delicacy and soft vanilla from moderate ageing in wooden barrels. The palate is velvety, with balance between freshness and structure. Best served after a meal.
