A Trentino grappa from the Roner distillery, made from selected pomace and aged in wood casks.
The prolonged ageing gives it a rich, complex character with amber reflections, dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spice notes. The palate is warm, enveloping and well balanced, with a persistent finish.
It suits the end of an elegant dinner, with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
